Owner/Winemaker Bibiana Gonzalez-Rave the 'SF Chronicle Winemaker of the Year 2015' Born and raised in Columbia, she studied engineering and business in college. Following graduation, she moved to France and earned a viticulture degree from one of the top French Universities. Following graduation she worked for wineries in Burgundy, Cognac and Bordeaux including Châeau Haut-Brion and Château La Dominique. Hand picked by Jason Pahlmeyer for his new brand Wayfarer, she is crafing some of the top Pinot Noir and Chardonnay wines available today.
Cattleya is Bibiana's own brand. Named after an orchid and the national flower of Columbia. Total production between her three wines is 304 cases.
The Donum Vineyard is managed by Anne Moller-Racke who also owns and operates the Donum Estate. Meticulously cared for, this Carneros vineyard stays very cool with it's proximity to San Pablo Bay at the southern end of Sonoma. Production: 88 cases
